Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our document management initiatives. This project is set to run until July 2025, with the potential for extension as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documents for scanning, ensuring they are ready for the digital transition.
  • Execute scanning tasks while performing quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
  • Handle miscellaneous clerical duties, including printing and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with database clean-up efforts to ensure our records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Document processes and workflows efficiently.
  • Scan Costpoint vouchers along with the necessary supporting documents, ensuring proper filing in designated areas.
  • Organize original wire packages from program offices or suppliers and file them accordingly.
  • Filing and tracking of wire packages and invoices per defined processes.

Requirements:

  • A meticulous individual with strong attention to detail.
  • Experienced in clerical tasks and document management.
  • Comfortable working with databases and digital filing systems.
  • A proactive team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
