Estimated Salary: $110,000 per year (based on 48 hours/week, 12 hours shifts)

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at a 34-bed Long Term Acute Care facility in Raton, New Mexico. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our experienced nursing staff, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including long-term acute care needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for enhanced care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico.
- At least 2 years of experience in Long Term Acute Care or related settings.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, and weekends.
