We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Professional Junk Removal Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, safely removing junk and debris, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $15 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $25 per hour with tips, bonuses, and commissions. Our team members enjoy a great team culture, fast-paced, multi-faceted work environment where they get to be exposed to different types of professional work like Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Equipment operations, project management, conflict resolution, and communication.

Job Description

As a Professional Junk Removal Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing friendly and positive customer service to all customers
  • Safely removing junk and debris from homes and businesses
  • Operating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensuring all daily truck inspections are performed
  • Managing inventory and supplies
  • Meeting and surpassing sales benchmarks
  • Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
  • Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid/Active Driver's License
