Unit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager - RN. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, including medication administration and treatment implementation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and report on resident care, including skin integrity and medication management
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and 3 years of supervisory experience in ACH, CRCF, or Skilled Care
- Geriatric and dementia care experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
