Job Title: Cloud Developer Senior

At General Dynamics Information Technology, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Developer Senior to join our team. As a Cloud Developer Senior, you will play a critical role in designing, architecting, deploying, and maintaining cloud solutions for multiple impact levels.

You will work closely with the Cloud Management Office to identify use cases, develop solutions, and migrate workloads to cloud infrastructure. Additionally, you will maintain existing infrastructure deployed in various cloud environments across USCENTCOM Joint Directorates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, architect, deploy, and maintain cloud solutions for multiple impact levels.
  • Work with the Cloud Management Office to identify use cases, develop solutions, and migrate workloads to cloud infrastructure.
  • Maintain existing infrastructure deployed in various cloud environments across USCENTCOM Joint Directorates.
  • Shape the future of cloud-based infrastructure in support of USCENTCOM.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, cloud computing, or related field of study.
  • Security+CE and Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certifications.
  • 3+ years of related experience in the design and operation of medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and application systems.
  • Experience with the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise environments as Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Competence in a wide range of IT skills, including networking, systems administration, data protection, information security, and CI/CD tooling.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to develop, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) on Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Ability to troubleshoot enterprise architecture on Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.
  • Python, JSON, and YAML skills.
