About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team at Radius Staffing Solutions. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, adapting therapy programs and goals as needed.
  • Ensure thorough and concise clinical documentation and accurate charge entries.
  • Stay informed about reimbursement dynamics related to the practice setting.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, and the medical care team.
  • Educate patients, their families, and staff members.
  • Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers.
  • Continuously advance your clinical skills through education and embracing evidence-based practices.
  • Share knowledge to enhance the clinical skills of colleagues.
  • Adhere to all organizational, national, and state regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • BLS Certified.
  • Minimum of six months experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
