Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and compassionate life insurance sales representative to join our team as a fully remote sales representative. As a sales representative, you will actively engage with prospective customers, seeking out those willing to prioritize their clients' needs. This role requires a strong work ethic, discipline, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities by making phone calls and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to close sales, promote customer retention, and identify their life and health insurance needs.
  • Set and exceed personal activity and results goals while working independently as your own boss.
  • Monitor progress and track goal attainment to receive coaching and guidance for continuous improvement.
  • Potential for advancement: You can grow as an insurance consultant with access to vast resources and training. You may also build your own team and eventually become an agency owner, unlocking endless possibilities.

Requirements
  • Preferred experience in sales, coaching, or teaching (1-2 years)
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals
  • Advanced communication, selling, and negotiation skills
  • Unwavering drive to understand and meet client needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Coachability
