Job Title: Director of Demand Generation

Rocket Software is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Demand Generation to lead our global demand generation strategy and drive pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.

About the Role:

The Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This includes:

  • Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
  • Leading a centralized demand generation team and collaborating closely with regional marketing teams to ensure a scalable and cohesive approach
  • Partnering with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Providing strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in an enterprise software company
  • Proven track record of driving significant pipeline growth and revenue through multi-channel demand gen campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Experience working for a global company with an understanding of regional marketing needs and cultural nuances
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a globally distributed team
  • Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
What We Offer:

Rocket Software offers a competitive salary range of $144,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including extensive paid time off, healthcare coverage options, retirement savings, and leadership and skills training opportunities.
