  • Develop and maintain positive student relationships
  • Provide guidance on academic success strategies and career exploration
  • Collaborate with faculty and supervisor to encourage student success
  • Interpret and communicate academic policies and procedures
  • Assist with training new hires and back-end degree audit maintenance
  • Collaborate with campus resources to promote academic success and retention

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and process complex academic information. A strong understanding of university policies and procedures is also essential.
