Highly Skilled System Architect

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems automation and full-stack development, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a competitive total compensation package, including benefits and perks, a flexible work-life balance, and career development opportunities.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing complex systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing system architectures, including requirements, functional analysis, and allocation
- Conducting system requirement reviews, developing CONOPS, and system architectures
- Solving complex system/integration problems and briefing senior-level management
- Developing software using various methodologies and integrating with existing systems
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- At least 10 years of experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Demonstrated expertise in CAPCO and CUI Standards, ABAC and ICAM Capabilities, and SW development methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
