About the job: We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate levels of swallowing, speech, and language difficulty
  • Create and carry out individualized treatment plans addressing specific functional needs
  • Teach patients how to make sounds while improving their voices and maintaining fluency
  • Help individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary used in written and oral language
  • Work with adults and children in developing and strengthening muscles used to swallow
  • Counsel individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders
  • Communicate diagnoses, test results, and available treatments in terms that clients and their families can understand
Qualifications:
  • Valid and unencumbered state license or certification
  • Recent Speech Language Pathologist experience in a rehab setting
  • BLS certification
