Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Medicine team. As a Physician Assistant, you will work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. Your expertise will be essential in assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in the Emergency Department.
  • Collaborate with our team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Prescribe treatments and medications as needed, working closely with our physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in the State of IL required.
  • Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
  • Completion of Master's level program in specialty area.
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Prior APN or neurology/sleep experience preferred.
