Corn Cooker

We are seeking a highly skilled Corn Cooker to join our team in a night shift operation.

• Prepare batches of corn by filling kettles with water and adding corn and lime, ensuring accurate measurements and efficient processing.
• Monitor and maintain cooking time, adjusting as needed to achieve optimal results.
• Cook corn and agitate, then transfer to holding tanks, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, demonstrating physical stamina and dexterity.

• Perform thorough cleaning on kettles, tanks, and surrounding areas, utilizing designated cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting Good Housekeeping practices and adherence to GMP standards.

• General education and ability to follow verbal and written instructions, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, advanced schooling a plus.
