Salary Range:
$68,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will be responsible for the direction and coordination of all functions in the unit, under the supervision of the unit's director. This role involves ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit and collaboration with the management team to implement improvements.
- Achieve high-quality patient outcomes through effective symptom assessment, monitoring, recording, reporting, and follow-through.
- Create and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and modify the plan of care as needed.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately while maintaining accountability for patient care.
- Provide individualized education for patients, families, and caregivers throughout the continuum of care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control standards in the delivery of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited Nursing program.
- RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
