Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Custom Metal Fabricating, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing and fabricating finished metal products using specialized equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet product specifications
• Install, repair, and maintain various equipment and components
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review blueprints and schematics
• Calculate material measurements to ensure accuracy
• Conduct quality control tests to evaluate weld tolerance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in welding, manufacturing, or related fields
• Proficient in operating welding tools and procedures
• Familiarity with engineering principles and blueprints
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
