Salary & Wage Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,400 - $66,720 based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage range of $21.50 - $33.00. Compensation may vary depending on individual qualifications, skills, and experience.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to ensure safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare experience desired
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical and mental ability to perform job duties
