As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for coordinating front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls, and greeting and welcoming customers. You will also be the first point of contact for customers, setting the tone for a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating front desk activities, including answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Being the first point of contact for customers and setting the tone for a positive customer experience
  • Checking in VIP appointments and directing customers to the appropriate team member(s)
  • Assisting customers with their needs and providing exceptional customer service
