We offer a highly competitive salary of $250,000 per year.

  • A Doctorate degree is required for this position.
  • A valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in the state of North Carolina is also necessary.
Job Description

As a Physician with Elite Staffing Network, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough physical exams and interpreting data to determine appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, as well as prescribing medication as needed.
  • Collaborating with Advance Practice Providers to manage patient care and educate patients and their families about treatment instructions.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and charts, while also staying up-to-date with medical policies, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong foundation in primary care, with experience in geriatrics and senior living communities.
  • Knowledge of medical policies, regulations, and procedures.
  • The ability to work effectively in emergency situations and maintain a calm, objective demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience

We require a Degree of Doctor of Medicine (M.D) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.). While previous experience in geriatrics and primary care is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, a passion for value-based care and proficiency in EHR documentation are highly desirable.

License/Certification

You must hold a current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of North Carolina, as well as be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Additionally, you should possess current DPS and DEA certificates.
