Xplor Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Licensed Behavioral Clinician or Therapist to join our team in Honolulu, HI.

We're connecting care to create a seamless health journey for patients across care settings. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide treatment for a wide variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management
  • Form excellent provider-patient alliances and coordinate care with external providers
  • Provide treatment for mental health conditions using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
  • Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
Requirements
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
  • Clear, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in the state of practice
  • 2+ years of professional social work/clinical experience post Master's degree
