**Key Responsibilities:**

As the Chief Operations Officer for Growth and Strategy, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic leadership and direction to the firm's operational, financial, and business development functions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Overseeing the implementation of effective business processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity, while delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  • Managing the firm's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or JD, is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in business development, accounting, finance, and marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a legal firm or a similar professional services environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans and actions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

**What We Offer:**
