We are seeking an experienced Video Systems Engineer to join our team. If your expertise aligns with this job description, we are excited to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and strike various video systems, ensuring a high-quality end product at client meetings and trade show exhibits.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of signal flow, LED, projection, switchers, and A/V networking.
  • Work with our sales team, Technical Producers, clients, and crew as needed to help design video systems for various spaces.
  • Work on virtual and hybrid events from our studios and on-site locations.
  • Operate and maintain a working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Responsible for packing and setting up events, including moving gear in and out of our warehouse and venues.
  • Comply with all established procedures and regulations of the trade show industry.
  • Supervise installation of lighting equipment by on-site Union labor.
  • Keep our warehouse storage areas neat and organized.
  • Submit expense reports within 48 hours of show completion.
  • Attend industry-related meetings, classes, and/or trade shows to expand your knowledge base, when time permits.
  • Assist our Equipment Manager in testing and sending out gear for repair, performing in-house repairs when possible.
  • Properly clean and sanitize all returning equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols in-office and on-site.
  • Complete other projects and duties as assigned by your supervisor and/or management.
Requirements
  • Experience working in the event technology and production services industry, with a concentration in corporate events and/or trade shows.
  • Experience with basic video networking, including NDI.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly and unassisted.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • OSHA 10 certification a plus.
  • Experience with Barco Eventmaster Switchers – S3 and E2 a plus.
  • Experience with Spyder X-20 Matrix switcher a plus.
  • Experience with edge blended projection a plus.
  • Experience with multi-source synchronized playback a plus.
  • Experience with VectorWorks is a plus.
  • Experience with studio and robotic cameras a plus.
