Biopharmaceutical Forecasting Specialist

As a key member of the Incyte team, the Associate Director of Forecasting and Market Insight will be responsible for providing innovative customer and market insights to support business decisions. This role will involve creating and maintaining short- and long-term forecasts, leveraging various data sources and sound market research and analysis skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical capability, critical thinking skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Develop and execute demand and shipment forecasts for inflammation and autoimmunity indications in the US markets.
• Build and modify forecast models based on key information and statistical analytics.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize market information from diverse sources to provide insight on brand and market performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify events impacting overall sales performance.
• Develop key performance slides and presentations for executive leadership and the board of directors.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related degree).
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology business analysis and forecasting.
• Extensive knowledge of various data sources used in forecasting and performance assessment.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
