Compensation and Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Compensation and Mobility Team as a Compensation and Mobility Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing job descriptions, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Job Description Development: Develop and write new job descriptions based on job analysis and organizational needs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
- Job Description Maintenance: Revise and update existing job descriptions to reflect current job responsibilities, requirements, and organizational structure.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for the Global Compensation and Mobility leadership team, including data reporting and analysis.
- Compliance and Regulatory Support: Ensure all job descriptions comply with legal requirements, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines.
- Process Improvement: Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training.
- Experience: Human Resources experience, prior analytical or administrative experience in Human Resources, Payroll, HRIS, accounting or related.
- Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office, skills in performing various mathematical computations, experience with SuccessFactors, ability to provide strong customer service orientation, and ability to use appropriate judgment and discretion in completing work assignments.
