Levy is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Director to lead our operations team at Goodyear Ballpark. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and motivate team members to deliver outstanding results
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive constant innovation in location operations
- Build strong partnerships with location partners and stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional and Home Office leadership to drive best practices and innovation
- Deliver against financial goals and budgets
- Coach operations management teams
- Represent Levy at partner meetings and networking events
- Oversee safety and sanitation standards
- Review financial reports and develop action plans
- Complete team member performance reviews and career development planning
- Manage expense reports and administrative tasks
- Interview and approve applicants for roles
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development and operational enhancements
- Oversee season planning and ensure alignment with Levy and partner expectations
- Coach team members for optimal performance and engagement
- Conduct manager meetings and event walks
- Identify and plan for management support needs
- Manage the Levy Legends team recognition program
- Conduct building safety walks and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Complete progressive discipline with the leadership team
- Lead continual improvement efforts
- Close payroll and manage shrinkage prevention efforts
- Participate in Governance Meeting presentations
- Plan budget and P&L management
- Engage in collaboration with the leadership team to support Levy's culture and business goals
- Regularly review operations procedures to identify and drive improvements
- Act as the figurehead for Levy's Work of Change initiative
- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
