Job Overview

Opla Energy Ltd. is a leading provider of innovative energy solutions seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth, maintain existing accounts, and foster new business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships at rig sites and corporate office locations.
  • Set up meetings with potential customers to present Opla's products and services.
  • Understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Promote Opla's services, products, and technologies to potential and existing clients.
  • Organize and participate in client appreciation events.
  • Manage pricing, ticketing, and equipment logistics in the OWS ticketing system.
  • Attend client meetings, including pre-well spud meetings, and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Represent Opla at industry events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor sales revenue, forecasts, and pipelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience: 2–5 years of oilfield account management and sales experience.
  • Proficiency in sales pipeline management, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MPD systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and close deals independently.
  • Presentation Skills: Effective in formal presentations.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to remote or international locations.
  • Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor junior staff.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
