Job Title: Senior Data Asset Management Lead

As a Senior Data Asset Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in improving the performance of projects and participating in the growth of clients and teams focused on delivering digital implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a group of digital delivery experts in the areas of Business Intelligence, Information Management, and low code/no code programming.
  • Develop full Business Intelligence and analytics lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, training, implementation, and support for Design and Construction projects.
  • Collaborate and act as a liaison between digital teams and other engineering departments/subject matter experts to identify digital delivery opportunities and prioritize them into feasible solutions.
  • Assist in development of Information and Process Automation systems that include Management and Analytics initiatives, including Building Information Management (BIM) and Geographic Information Systems platforms (BIM, Geo-Coded Data).
  • Focus on and target opportunities to improve and streamline processes and methodologies on engineering and planning projects.
  • Translate data and analytics into meaningful insights by communicating complex technical concepts in an effective manner to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards and interactive visual reports using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of custom apps for use internally and externally.
  • Collaborate with UX team members to enhance the visualization/usability of dashboards, apps, and other tools to maximize the end user's experience.
  • Perform design and code reviews to ensure that quality standards are being met, including testing and documentation of quality assurance.
  • Lead and motivate technical teams in the implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions to address client issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • ~10 or more years' business experience, including experience in delivering analysis and insights along with experience working with analytics in the engineering domain.
  • ~Knowledge of BIM and Engineering Design Platform (Bentley or Autodesk).
  • Capability to drive innovation for engineering and management teams across the US Mobility business with new and existing clients.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze large volumes of data, create complex SQL queries, and manage resulting data.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlook.
  • Analytics Skills: Python, SQL, T-SQL, DAX, Excel VBA, Data Modeling, Data Management.
