**Job Summary:**

This position is part of the Howard Center's Community Support Programs, serving adults in Chittenden County with severe and persistent mental illness.

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to work directly with clients in both office and community settings. Your primary focus will be on developing nurse-client relationships to teach, research, provide, and access optimal healthcare services.

This is a part-time role with 30 hours per week, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Cross-train with other nurses to support related programs as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mental health or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
