About the Job

This role executes the various core functions of the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to include incident recognition/escalation, intelligence analysis, emergency response, product security, and physical security.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate as the primary point of contact for the Global Security department.
  • Monitor global events and assess their impact on a high-profile customer.
  • Prepare risk and intelligence-driven reports for Global Security and other stakeholders.
  • Respond to calls for help/assistance from employees worldwide and take necessary actions.
  • Support crisis mitigation and after-action reporting efforts.
  • Participate in sending company-wide notifications.
  • Identify and communicate risks associated with supply chain assets.
  • Maintain the health of all Global Security platforms and applications.
  • Respond to alarms triggered by access control and CCTV systems.
  • Collaborate with Security Guard Force and other business partners to meet operational goals.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and pass any state-required training or qualifications for licensing. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

  • A minimum of one year verifiable security experience, military service, auxiliary police experience, or relevant certifications.
  • Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
  • Superior communication skills for executive-level written and oral communication.
  • Decision-making, multitasking, and stress management abilities.
  • Familiarity with current global events and geography/cultures.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of policy/procedure adherence.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and complex platform usage.
  • Independence and collaboration comfort.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Business, Economics, Communications, Information Technology, Political Sciences, Engineering, Geography, or related fields. Experience in Intelligence, corporate, military, or security sectors.
