Job Description:

At Crumbl Cookies, we're looking for a skilled Shift Lead to join our team and help us make our stores a success. As a Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for managing daily store operations, including baking, inventory management, and customer service. You'll work closely with our managers to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and that our customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations, including baking, inventory management, and customer service.

Requirements:
- Previous restaurant shift lead/management experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to take directions from a manager, execute plans, and lead team toward a shared vision.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Must be over 18 to apply for a shift lead position.
