Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research to inform design decisions
Develop and implement research plans and methodologies
Analyze and present research findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product development

Requirements
2+ years of experience in UX research
Proficiency with research tools and methods, both qualitative and quantitative
Portfolio or examples of previous research work is required
