Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Broadband Network Specialist to join our team. As a Field Services Technician, you'll be responsible for residential installation and disconnection services for data, video, and phone on customer premises.

Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, educating customers, and ensuring high-quality work. You'll also be responsible for communicating with leadership and dispatch as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Residential install and disconnects for data, video, and phone on customer premises
  2. Ensure and record correct RF signal levels within specifications
  3. Communicate with leadership and dispatch as needed
  4. Customer education
  5. Operate company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner

Requirements

  • 0 (Entry Level) experience
  • Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver's license
  • Ladder; Hand or Power Tools; Customer Service; Communication (verbal, written); Basic Computer Skills; Aptitude to learn new skills; Problem solving; Time Management; Teamwork; Working alone

Salary

The base salary range for this position is:

  • Broadband Technician I - $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
  • Broadband Technician II - $21.00 - $29.40 per hour
  • Broadband Technician III - $22.05 - $30.87 per hour
