Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Tent and Mezzanine Structure Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the installation and removal of Mezzanine and Tent structures, as well as other duties assigned to you in the field or within the warehouse. If you have experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger or Velderman products and are looking for a rewarding career in a fast-paced and exciting environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Install and remove Mezzanine and Tent structures
- Construct, install, and remove multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures
- Ensure client satisfaction with the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
- Follow safety measures, including wearing and using safety equipment
- Carry, load, and unload materials from truck to installation location on site
- Interact respectfully with multi-lingual team members, leaders, and clients
- Uphold company safety standards and ensure appropriate safety measures are followed
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including removing debris and materials
- 2 years of tent and mezzanine structure installation experience preferred
- Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger or Velderman products preferred
- Valid United States driver's license preferred
- Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential
- Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided
- Candidates must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- The company participates in the E-verify program
- Must be able to work a very flexible schedule (40-70 hours a week) including nights and weekends
- Travel for extended periods installing jobs like the Phoenix Open, Austin City Limits, Jazz Fest
- Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds
- Work in different environments, primarily outdoors
- Exposed to excessive noise
- Around moving machinery
- Exposed to marked changes in temperature and/or humidity
