Master Carpenter

Mr. Handyman of E. Nashville and Hendersonville is seeking an experienced home improvement professional to join our team as a Master Carpenter.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, company vehicle, fuel, uniforms, paid vacation and holidays, bonus opportunities, dental insurance, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

As a Master Carpenter at Mr. Handyman, you will work independently with customers to complete their projects while being part of a high-performing team. Our office staff manages marketing, answers calls, qualifies leads, books jobs, schedules work, and deals with insurance and paperwork.

You will focus on completing small to mid-size maintenance/repairs and home improvement projects. Your responsibilities will include communicating with customers about the scope of work, managing expectations, delivering a premium and consistent customer experience, managing time to meet deadlines, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong multi-skill Handyman background, a strong carpentry background, and must have/own day-to-day tools of the trade. You should also be able to accurately determine time needed for various tasks, prioritize and time manage projects, be comfortable being client-facing as needed, and be a team player who can work independently.

• 10+ years of paid professional experience preferred
• Must have own tools
