Job Summary:

As a key member of our team at CPS, we are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization and a passion for driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop process optimization strategies
  • Lead improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Manage ISO90001 systems and standards to ensure compliance
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing methodologies to reduce waste and improve flow
  • Gather and analyze data to inform process improvements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
