Role Summary:
This full-time position requires a dedicated Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work as a CT Technologist in a fast-paced hospital environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
- Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and monitoring their comfort levels
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, scan results, and any issues that arise during procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective patient care

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiologic Sciences (RT(R)) or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CT Technologist in a hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of CT scanning principles, techniques, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
