Job DescriptionAt In and Out Urgent, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist PRN to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and are committed to providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for x-ray procedures, explain procedures to patients and/or family members, and position patients for optimal imaging results.
  • Develop, mark, and file x-ray images and reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Practice ALARA principles to minimize patient and medical team exposure to radiation.
  • Operate x-ray equipment, adjusting controls and settings as needed to achieve high-quality images.
  • Clean and maintain x-ray rooms and equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of an accredited radiology technology program preferred.
  • Current certification and/or state licensure in radiology technology in Louisiana required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
