Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

At Dayforce, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients using the Ceridian Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Resolve customer incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to champion customer priorities and drive incidents to closure
  • Develop and maintain strong product expertise through training and self-led learning activities
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Good understanding of HCMS/HRIS
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing the Ceridian Dayforce Platform or similar system capabilities
  • Knowledge of HR and Payroll
  • Configuration experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll
  • Knowledge of HR/Payroll reporting tools and techniques
Work Environment:

This is a remote position with some in-person time required for meetings and training. Candidates must be available to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST) with some flexibility available.

The ideal candidate will have a customer service-focused background, excellent technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
