As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will spend your days helping great leaders start recognition programs for their teams, while also receiving frequent recognition for your outstanding work. What We Offer- Competitive salary: $131,115 annually, with uncapped commission and cash bonuses based on performance

On an average day, you will:
- Conduct outbound calls to identify and speak with decision-makers for each contact
- Referral-based sales strategy with provided leads
- Take a consultative sales approach to identify prospect needs and provide solutions
- Achieve monthly sales quotas

Compensation StructureWe offer a competitive salary of $131,115 annually, with uncapped commission and cash bonuses based on performance. Our average Account Executive earns $131,115 annually, but we just had a first-year team member earn $151,266. Our team is committed to rewarding outstanding performance, and we're looking for someone who is dedicated to driving results.
