About the Role

The Customer Service Representative at American Leak Detection of South Florida is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves answering customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and dispatching our technicians for daily jobs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments with customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our technicians.
  • Dispatch and Routing: Dispatch and route our technicians for daily jobs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Customer Experience Management: Manage customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism: Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
