Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with IDD
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote consumer independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing)
  • Experience working with individuals with IDD
  • Certified Nurse Assistant Certification

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $3689 - $4233 per month, as well as medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits and retirement benefits.
