About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compensation Coordinator to join our team at JCO Workforce Solutions, LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our payroll department in managing payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees, including preparing and distributing payroll reports to management;
- Maintain employee data in the payroll system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date;
- Verify timesheets and resolve discrepancies in hours worked, adhering to federal and state payroll regulations;
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner;
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll information;
- Support other HR functions as needed, leveraging strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Prior experience in payroll or administrative support is a plus;
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
