Job Summary:
RHA Health Services is seeking a skilled IDD Administrator to lead and direct the operations of a single business location, ensuring high-quality care and services to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise employees, including Home Managers, QMRPs, QDDPs, Program Managers, Training Coordinators, Vocational Coordinators, Business Managers, Nurses, Psychologists/Behavior Analysts, and Dieticians.
- Coordinate and direct the activities of the Quality Management Team to ensure the highest level of quality supports and outcomes for individuals supported.
- Enforce and monitor implementation of Personal Outcome Measures to ensure individuals receive maximum growth and benefit from program design.
- Ensure adequate clinical supervision/oversight by clinical team members.
- Implement and monitor the Unit Quality Improvement Plan.
- Ensure implementation of Staff Training Policies and Procedures.
- Monitor and participate in completion of chart reviews to ensure assigned reviews are accomplished according to company policy.
- Remain current on all applicable regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field, healthcare management, or general business/public administration.
- Graduate degrees in related areas are preferred.
- Prefer five to seven years of experience in prior management positions with comparable responsibilities.
