Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and checking them in and out efficiently
  • Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
  • Managing room availability and blocking rooms as needed
  • Taking reservation requests and responding to customer inquiries

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
  • A flexible schedule is necessary to accommodate varying shift patterns
