We strive to promote from within and are currently seeking a full-time Service Desk Analyst in our Stow, Ohio office.

The Role

This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers as the first point of contact for inquiries and issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with clients in a professional manner, aligning with our company values;
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating priority issues when necessary;
  • Answering incoming technical calls, creating tickets, and routing callers to the appropriate personnel when needed;
  • Collaborating proactively with the Service Coordinator and other teams;
  • Gathering and documenting relevant technical information for the Escalation Team as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of networking infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, WAN, VPN, Windows, Active Directory, and Group Policy Troubleshooting;
  • A valid driver's license with access to an automobile insured for business use;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, and stress tolerance.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
