We are seeking a skilled Nursing Team Leader to join our team at Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Greenville.

About the Role

As a Nurse Manager, you will lead our nursing team in providing high-quality care to patients with mental illnesses. Your leadership and expertise will play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight and direction of direct care nursing staff
  • Ensuring unit safety and adherence to protocol
  • Providing assistance to nursing staff with decision-making and clinical judgement issues
  • Participating in QAPI process and data analysis
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of admission criteria and patient care standards
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • RN license in good standing with the State of Mississippi
  • A Master's degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing or related field with five years of nursing experience and three years of experience providing care to mentally ill patients
  • Or a Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing with documented evidence of educational programs focused on treating psychiatric patients and five years of nursing experience, including three years of experience providing care to mentally ill patients
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as medical/dental/vision insurance, vacation and sick days, and a matching 401(k) plan.
