Finance Leadership Development Program

About the Program

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a 30-month program designed to prepare and develop future generations of business leaders within the accounting and finance organization. Participants will develop critical leadership and technical skills through rotational assignments at J&J business units, in-depth training, and ongoing coaching and feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leadership and technical skills through rotational assignments and training
  • Participate in 5 weeks of various trainings over the course of the 30-month program
  • Rotate through different J&J companies and areas of accounting and finance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Fifth year master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or business-related degree
  • GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
  • Authorization to work in the US on a permanent, full-time basis
  • Ability to temporarily relocate to a different state within the United States for a rotational assignment
What We Offer

Johnson & Johnson offers a highly competitive, performance-based compensation program, including a base pay of $80,000/year and an annual performance bonus.
