Job Summary:

This Radiology Technologist PRN position is an exciting opportunity to join Medical City Decatur, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will perform quality Radiologic procedures, follow physicians' orders, and practice quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs quality Radiologic procedures
  • Follows physicians' orders
  • Practices quality patient care
  • Exercises excellent customer service
  • Participates in call/holiday coverage
  • Maintains competencies and current knowledge of procedures
  • Participates in equipment Q.C.
  • Completes all records and documentation
  • Practices radiation safety
  • Involved in department initiatives

Requirements:

  • ARRT(R) certification
  • Medical Radiologic Technologist license (TMB)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
  • One year experience required
