About the Position

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1214.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes, promoting independence and improving overall health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote optimal function and mobility
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with adult populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
