Marketing Manager Role

The Marketing Manager position at Final Touch Painting is a pivotal role within our family of companies serving the home service industry in Central Ohio. This key position is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our marketing strategy, encompassing both the parent company and several sister companies. As we plan for expansion into multiple locations, this role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who excels at building high-performing teams and driving results.

This position focuses on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics skills, expert experience in digital platforms, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The primary objectives of this role are to drive re-engagement with past customers, foster engagement with potential new customers, and ultimately generate quality leads for each business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to set marketing goals and objectives
  • Design and improve existing marketing campaigns to ensure they effectively reach target markets
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on marketing-related activities
  • Manage PPC ad spend, including Google AdWords, Google Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms
  • Use data and reports to track marketing channels' ROI and inform evidence-based decisions
  • Communicate and share new marketing strategies as developments occur in technology and social media platforms
  • Plan and attend home shows and community events

Deliverables:

  • Lead and release new social media content on all platforms
  • Actively participate in weekly Team Sales Meetings
  • Monitor and analyze sales/marketing metrics to assess performance
  • Optimize all marketing channels and manage their respective budgets
  • Communicate proactively with marketing vendors and partners

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of generating leads and analyzing ROI
  • Experience with marketing efforts centered on Business to Customer
  • Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with CRM and SEO tools, including GO High Level, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and other CRM software
  • Proficient in the use of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency experience
  • Home Service Business Experience
  • Degree in Marketing
  • Management Experience

Schedule:

  • 8-5 Mon – Fri at our office in Delaware, OH
  • Some evenings with Community Events and Home Shows (1-2x month in summer)
