Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Specialist, EP, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, health care professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving EP products. You will work under general direction, identifying and routinely using the most effective, cost-efficient and best business practices to execute processes; continually evaluating their effectiveness and appropriateness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide engineering, sales, education and clinical support in response to the most complex field inquiries on as-needed basis.
  • Develop, lead and/or facilitate trainings and other programs on EP products to healthcare professionals.
  • Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and components of next generation of products.
  • Provide regional EP procedural case coverage.
  • Mentor and provide leadership for less experienced Clinical Specialists.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year in previous position.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience (internal or external).
  • Prior industry/competitive experience (if external).
  • IBHRE EP certified.
  • Considered top performer amongst peers.
